This was one of those exhilarating design projects we worked on. The form we designed looks simple at first look, but there are many layers of psychology to it. We strategized intensively, designed accurately, and guided our client through the process for expected results.

Demands organized their model house inauguration day event to get information of people they could reach out to with prior consent in the foreseeable future. The pattern was simple. Guests would come in and fill the form with consent at the designated booth.

We designed the form based on the “Nudge” approach derived from behavioral sciences. The ask was to clear the bottleneck and make the form-filling process simple and easy.

We designed the form based on the “Nudge” approach derived from behavioral sciences. The ask was to clear the bottleneck and make the form-filling process simple and easy.

We ensured that guests could fill the form easily even while standing, and especially, that their privacy was not infringed upon. To mitigate the privacy aspect, we informed the guests verbally about the purpose of the form.

The results were strikingly impressive as an expected 100+ guests out of 115 showed up.

At the venue, 95 guests filled the form which is a success rate of approximately 90%.

For a person like me who believes on R.O.I, this is one of the event where I could measure the qualitative work. A big cheers to P69 team!
